Once the return has been generated on the platform and the return number has been obtained, you can send us the garments you have notified us of with the company of your choice by following these simple steps:
- Pack the product (if you are using the original shipping box, please remember to remove all the identification labels from the box).

Send your package, which must visibly show: your information; the Return number and the Original Order number, to the following address:

Refund: we will receive and check the garments and, once the return is approved, you will receive an email informing you of the refund. Remember that the timeframe in which this is effectively paid will depend on your bank, and will not exceed 14 business days.
Do not forget to process the return on the platform and enter the return information; without this information, we will not be able to arrange this return!
