The 23/24 away kit is part of the Club’s “Here to lead the way” campaign. Its innovative design pays homage to Barça’s history and to a shirt worn by Johan Cruyff, the forefather of FC Barcelona’s style of play.
The new shirt features white as the predominant colour, though it’s not the first time this has happened, since Barça has used kits with this colour at other points in time. Alcántara, Samitier, César and Kubala, among other players wore white shirts between the 1920s and 1970s.
