The following products cannot be returned:
- Any customised product (any product showing the name and number of a player is deemed to be a customised product).
- Masks / Swimwear / Underwear / Bottles / Flasks / Jugs / Cups / Glasses / Dummies / Baby bottles and accessories / headphones and all products that are delivered sealed for safety, health or hygiene reasons whose seal has been removed after delivery.
- Any product that does not have the labels the product is delivered with.
- Products that have been used or have deteriorated as a result of a use other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.
