  2. Check the items you have added to the basket. You can edit the basket as many times as you like (e.g. adding or removing products, customising them or changing the sizes).
  3. Fill in your details.
  4. Choose the delivery method.
  5. Complete your purchase as a guest or register with the Barça Official Store Spotify Camp Nou.
  6. You will then receive an order confirmation email.

How can I see what I have in my basket?

You can easily check this by clicking the basket icon in the top menu of the page. You can make any changes here before starting your purchase (check the price, choose the number of units, confirm the sizes, customise a product or remove it from the basket).

How can I track my order?

Checking the status of your order is very simple! When your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you a confirmation email along with the estimated delivery date and a link where you can track your order.

How do I confirm that my order has been processed?

When you complete your purchase, we will send you an email with your order confirmation.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will not be able to cancel it. Check the terms and conditions for returning items once you have received your package.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

If one of the items included in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email and we will refund the amount via the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

How can I add items to my basket?

To add a new item: choose the product, define the quantity and size (if necessary) and click the add to my basket button. Your basket will update automatically.

Click continue shopping to add more products to your basket without losing your selected items. When you’re finished, click the buy button to complete your purchase.

If you want to increase or reduce the number of units of a product, you can do it directly from the basket, using the + or - buttons until you have the desired number of items. Once the change is made, the price will be adjusted proportionally.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that the items in your shopping basket will be in stock. As a result, you will be able to see in the shopping basket if any of these run out.

How can I remove items from my basket?

If you want to delete an item completely from the basket, you can do it from the basket. Choose the product you want to remove and click the trash can icon, the item will automatically disappear from the basket.

If you want to reduce the number of units of a given product, you can do it directly from the basket itself with the help of the + or - buttons until you have the desired number of items. Once the change is made, the price will be adjusted proportionally.
