How can I generate a return as a guest user?

As a Guest User: if you have the order number, you can use this link allowing you to access your order and generate the return by selecting the items you want to return. If you do not have the order number, you can retrieve it from the email you received confirming your purchase.

Once you have generated the return, you will receive an email providing the instructions to be followed to send us the product.

Once the return has been generated on the platform and the return number has been obtained, you can send us the garments you have notified us of with the company of your choice by following these simple steps:

  1. Pack the product (if you are using the original shipping box, please remember to remove all the identification labels from the box).
  2. Send your package, which must visibly show: your information; the Return number and the Original Order number, to the following address:

    Refund: we will receive and check the garments and, once the return is approved, you will receive an email informing you of the refund. Remember that the timeframe in which this is effectively paid is 14 days, depending on your bank.

    Do not forget to process the return on the platform and enter the return information; without this information, we will not be able to arrange this return!
