You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your package to make any return (except where the timeframe is extended for Specific Campaigns).

The following products cannot be returned:

• Any customised product (any product showing the name and number of a player is deemed to be a customised product).
• Masks / Swimwear / Underwear / Bottles / Flasks / Jugs / Cups / Glasses / Dummies / Baby bottles and accessories / headphones and all products that are delivered sealed for safety, health or hygiene reasons whose seal has been removed after delivery.
• Any product that does not have the labels the product is delivered with.
• Products that have been used or have deteriorated as a result of a use other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.

In order to begin the returns process, you must access the returns portal through the following link: Returns portal and follow these simple steps:

• PREPARE THE PACKAGE: Please make sure the product isproperly packed in its original bag and protected with an opaque bag or box to avoid damage during transportation.
• MAKE THE RETURN: follow the stepsand complete the information requested in the form, you will only need the order number, which you can find in your purchase confirmation email and the postal code with which you registered when making the purchase. Indicate the reason for return, the preferred collection service and confirm the return.
• PACKAGE DELIVERY: You will shortly receive an email with a QR code that you must show at the selected collection point or to the person who collects the package on the agreed day. You just have to pack the items, and deliver the package to the selected collection point, showing the QR. There is no need to print out any labels.

The cost of the return varies depending on the country from which it is made and will be reported at all times during the return process and the amount will be deducted from the refund.

The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of the date on which the buyer’s decision to withdraw is notified, provided that the goods have been received before the end of this period.
