What is the maximum period for handling a return?
You have 14 days from when you received your package to exercise your right of withdrawal, and up to 30 days to return a product according to our Returns Policy (except for extensions due to Promotional Periods).
What are the requirements for returns?
They must not exceed the maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt (except for extensions due to Promotional Periods). Products cannot be damaged and must be returned unused, retaining the original labelling and with accompanying documents or instruction booklets, where applicable.
Can I exchange a product?
We cannot make exchanges. If you need another size, colour or product, you can make a new purchase and return the unwanted product so we can process the refund.
What products cannot be returned?
Returns are not accepted for:
- Any customised product.
- Masks / Swimsuits / Underwear / Bottles / Flasks / Jugs / Cups / Glasses / Pacifiers / Baby bottles and accessories / audio headphones and all products that are delivered sealed for safety, health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed subsequent to its delivery.
- Any product that does not retain the labels with which the product is delivered.
- Products that have been used or have deteriorated as a result of any handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.
What must I do to process a return?
In order to begin the returns process, you must access the returns portal through the following link: Returns portal and follow these simple steps:
- PREPARE THE PACKAGE: Please make sure the product isproperly packed in its original bag and protected with an opaque bag or box to avoid damage during transportation.
- MAKE THE RETURN: follow the stepsand complete the information requested in the form, you will only need the order number, which you can find in your purchase confirmation email and the postal code with which you registered when making the purchase. Indicate the reason for return, the preferred collection service and confirm the return.
- PACKAGE DELIVERY: You will shortly receive an email with a QR code that you must show at the selected collection point or to the person who collects the package on the agreed day. You just have to pack the items, and deliver the package to the selected collection point, showing the QR. There is no need to print out any labels.
Cost of the return
The cost of the return varies depending on the country from which it is made and will be reported at all times during the return process.
The amount will be deducted from the refund.How and when will I receive the refund?
The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of the date on which the buyer’s decision to withdraw is notified, provided that the goods have been received before the end of this period.
What must I do if I received the email confirming the refund, but I do not see the money reflected in my payment method?
The refund notification email indicates that your refund has been processed, but you may not yet see the money reflected in your payment method. Remember that it can take up to seven business days depending on your bank.
