RETURNS

At the Barça Store Online we do not make exchanges, but we do make returns. To get the size you need, you can return the product to us and make a new purchase in the correct size.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your package to make any return. 

They must not be made later than 30 days from the date of receipt (except where the timeframe is extended for Specific Campaigns).

Garments to be returned must retain their original labelling and packaging.

We accept the return of all types of items except:

  • Any customised product (any product showing the name and number of players is also deemed to be a customised product).
  • Masks / Swimsuits / Underwear / Bottles / Flasks / Jugs / Cups / Glasses / Dummies / Baby bottles and accessories / headphones and all products that are delivered sealed.
  • Any product not in its original packaging or without the labels it was delivered with, and/or that is not in perfect condition.
  • Products that have been used.

As a Registered User you can generate the return by going to the returns section in your account. All you will need to do is access your order and select the items you want to return. Remember that you can track the status of your return from my account.

Once you have generated the return, you will receive an email providing the instructions to be followed to send us the product.

Once the return has been generated on the platform and the return number has been obtained, you can send us the garments you have notified us of with the company of your choice by following these simple steps:

  1. Pack the product (if you are using the original shipping box, please remember to remove all the identification labels from the box).
  2.  Send your package, which must visibly show: your information; the Return number and the Original Order number, to the following address:

Refund: we will receive and check the garments and, once the return is approved, you will receive an email informing you of the refund. Remember that the timeframe in which this is effectively paid will depend on your bank, and will not exceed 30 business days.

As a Guest User: if you have the order number, you can use this link allowing you to access your order and generate the return by selecting the items you want to return. If you do not have the order number, you can retrieve it from the email you received confirming your purchase.

You will receive a refund via the same payment method as the one used for your purchase in a timeframe not exceeding 30 days (depending on your banking institution) once receipt of your package has been confirmed at our logistics centre.

The amount to be refunded will be the returned items’ amount. Under no circumstance will the shipping cost be reimbursed.

For returns, we promise to reimburse the full cost of the product while the customer bears the total delivery costs of the operation. In other words, if the customer benefited from free delivery, they must pay the corresponding amount plus the return delivery costs.

When the product reaches our warehouse (the delivery time will vary depending on the type of delivery you selected at the time of the return), we will check that the item is in good condition and is free of damage or defects and, provided everything is correct, we will start the return process.
