Accessibility Statement for the Official Barça Store Website

Futbol Club Barcelona is committed to making its “Official Barça Store” website accessible and is actively working to improve its accessibility progressively.

The website is being built with the aim of facilitating universal access to all people who consult it, regardless of their physical, sensory or cognitive abilities, and the technical context of use with which they do so (type of device, software, connection speed, environmental conditions, etc.).

For this reason, we work with the aim of eliminating the barriers that hinder access to information and communication.

The club is committed to accessibility and is working to anticipate compliance with Law 11/2023, of 8 May, on the transposition of European Union directives on product accessibility, as well as with the Accessibility Code of Catalonia. Specifically, work is being done to achieve compliance with the technical requirements defined by the UNE-EN 301549 standard.

Compliance Status

Despite efforts to ensure the accessibility of our services for everyone, the page still contains some accessibility errors that can make it difficult for people with disabilities to access.

This service, under a service contract, is developed and managed by an external company to F.C. Barcelona, which is responsible for implementing accessibility improvements. We are working to make this possible as soon as possible.

 

Accessible Content

The following content is currently accessible:

•    Content reading order via screen readers is appropriate (Criterion 9.1.3.2 of UNE-EN 301549:2022).

•    Content displays correctly when screen orientation changes on mobile devices (Criterion 9.1.3.4).

•    Text images (Criterion 9.1.4.5).

•    Focus moves freely between elements, allowing seamless keyboard navigation without blocking (Criterion 9.2.1.2).

•    Time-limited actions include mechanisms to modify or disable the limit (Criterion 9.2.2.1).

•    Mechanisms are available to skip repeated content blocks (Criterion 9.2.4.1).

•    Link texts provide sufficient contextual information (Criterion 9.2.4.4).

•    Multiple ways to locate content are provided (search engines, site map, etc.) (Criterion 9.2.4.5).

•    A single pointer alternative is provided for gestures requiring multiple pointers (Criterion 9.2.5.1).

•    Pressing (without releasing) an interactive element does not trigger any function (Criterion 9.2.5.2).

•    Visible label and accessible name of controls match (Criterion 9.2.5.3).

•    The main language of the content is specified (Criterion 9.3.1.1).

•    Language changes are identified for all text segments in a language different from the main one (Criterion 9.3.1.2).

•    No context changes occur when components receive focus (Criterion 9.3.2.1).

•    Inputting data or selecting values does not change the context (Criterion 9.3.2.2).

•    Repeated content maintains the same relative order across different views (Criterion 9.3.2.3).

•    Components with the same functionality are identified consistently (Criterion 9.3.2.4).

•    All forms have clear labels and sufficient instructions (Criterion 9.3.3.2).
